快科技 2 月 3 日消息，AMD 已官宣将在今年下半年发布新一代 Instinct MI350 系列 AI 加速卡的首款产品 MI355X，工艺升级台积电 3nm，架构升级 CDNA 4，引入 FP6、FP4 数据类型，搭配 288GB HBM3E。

2026 年，AMD 将继续推出全新的 Instinct MI400 系列，再次升级架构，但细节暂未公开。

根据 AMD 最新提交的 Linux 系统补丁和已知信息，MI400 仍然采用复杂的 chiplets 设计，包含两个 AID ( 有源中介模块 ) ，而每个 AID 之上的 XCD ( 加速计算模块 ) ，从两个翻番到四个，总计八个。

MI400 还会首次引入 MID，也就是多媒体输入输出模块 ( Multimedia IO Die ) ，将多媒体引擎从 AID 中分离出来，肯定还会有其他一些 IO 模块。

MI400 应该会配备两个 MID，每个 AID 上一个。

值得一提的是，RX 9000 系列游戏卡将会首次改用统一的 UDNA 架构，图形渲染、加速计算放在一起，MI400 系列应该也会引入 UDNA。
